Welcome to the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) page, which is designed to provide you with all the information relating to the profession development opportunities available to members of The Royal Logistic Corps. Each trade within the Corps has its own trade pathways, with trade courses mapped to civilian qualifications and opportunities to progress academically up to a Master’s Degree.

RLC Officers, Regular and Reserve Personnel

Every soldier and officer in the Corps, Regular and Army Reserve, should consider themselves a professional logistician with the qualifications, experience and understanding to be able to transfer seamlessly to an appropriate second career in industry. Gaining recognised qualifications, taking every opportunity for professional development and expertise in your chosen trade will make this process much easier as well as benefit the Corps and your future career prospects.

RLC Retired Community

If you are part of the RLC retired community and would like to know more about continuing your development then the information provided is just as relevant. The information provided includes many external courses that you will be elible to take. Including degrees and courses with highly recognised awarding organisations.
